Do I have to use the online designer?
No. The designer is a helpful way to start, but you can send us any idea, sketch or photo instead, and we’ll design it with you.
Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. Sending a request or a design doesn’t commit you to anything. We prepare a realistic preview for you first, and you only pay once you’ve approved the design and decide to order.
Who reads my request?
A real person on our team. Nothing is decided automatically. We aim to respond within the same day.
What if the designer can’t show what I want?
That’s fine. Leave notes in the designer, or tell us here. The designer doesn’t limit what we can make, and we keep adding new options to it.
How much does a custom tefillin bag cost?
Standard custom tefillin bags are $300, and they come with a matching strap and tzedakah pouch. Other products and bulk orders are quoted individually.
Do I need a meeting?
Only if you’d like one. Many customers do everything by message.
